Dispatch

Orders placed before 14:00 IST dispatch the same day from Coimbatore; all others within 24 hours (Sundays and public holidays excepted). You’ll receive the tracking link by email and SMS.

Delivery timelines

• Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka — 2–3 working days
• Rest of India — 4–6 working days
• Remote PIN codes — up to 8 working days

Charges

Free shipping on orders of ₹599 and above. Below that, a flat ₹49 applies. Cash-on-delivery orders under ₹599 carry an additional ₹20 handling fee.

Returns

Unopened jars with intact seals may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — write to care@vanya.in with your order ID. Because our products are food-grade botanicals, opened jars cannot be restocked; if something is wrong with an opened jar (smell, colour, grind), tell us the batch code and we will replace it without ceremony.

Damaged in transit

Photograph the parcel and jar within 48 hours of delivery and send it to care@vanya.in — a replacement ships immediately, no return required.
